Your First Visit

During your initial visit, your audiologist will conduct a comprehensive evaluation, including:

  • Medical History Review: We’ll discuss your ear and hearing health history to gain a better understanding of your condition.
  • Hearing Tests: A series of tests will be administered to assess the function of your ears and hearing system.

Our goal is to provide you with clear and concise information about your hearing health. We believe in a collaborative approach to care, and we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

The Receptionist Wash very professional and friendly…and made the experience very pleasant and timely!
Dr. Stebbins was wonderful, very thorough, and made sure every last detail with the hearing aides was covered, explained, and working properly very we left.

I had a new patient appointment at the Physician's Hearing Clinic and Shea ENT this morning and have no shortage of good things to say. They scheduled me in right away and when, at first glance, there may have been an issue with my insurance, they looked further into it and were able to confirm my out-of-network coverage. Dr. Pat the audiologist pulled me back right away (before my insurance even cleared!) and promptly started my audiology testing. She walked me over to Dr. Shea's clinic and the MAs were able to help me get squeezed in to see Dr. Shea within just a few minutes. Dr. Shea was very professional and kind and got me started on treatment right away. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice!

We highly recommend Physician's Hearing Clinic. It was a good overall experience starting with the lady Jessi, who answers the phone. Jessi is always so nice, helpful and efficient in setting our appointments. Dr. Kendra Stebbins, the hearing specialist is excellent. She is also very nice and knowledgeable. She answers all our questions with patience and clarity. Dr. Kendra does not rush you through your appointment and takes the time to listen and helps you make the right decision on the hearing aids that will best fit your needs.
